We had to build a new frame as well because it had rotted out and refilled the insulation.

We used landscaping timber to give the skirting more stability, as well as a more finished look.

We tore out the old oven and wall unit and replaced it with a new oven, cabinet, and wall. The counter, along with the stovetop, was torn off and replaced. Everything was repainted and retrimmed with a new backsplash.
